WBL AAA FALL LEAGUE

New: Academic Grade-Level Eligibility (AAA Only)

The league recognizes the significant social and developmental benefits of players competing with their academic classmates. A player whose birth date falls outside the primary age cutoff for a division, but who is enrolled in the corresponding grade for that division, may register and compete in that younger division.

• Example 1: A player is age-eligible for 13U (based on the age cutoff) but is only in the 6th grade (the typical grade for 12U). This policy allows them to play in the 12U division with their classmates.
• Example 2: A player is age-eligible for 11U (5th Grade) but is held back and is in the 4th Grade. This policy allows them to play 10U (4th Grade).

Declaration, Verification, and Approval

To utilize the Academic Grade-Level Eligibility, a parent/guardian must declare this option with the league before the player is rostered. A copy of the player's most recent report card (or equivalent official school enrollment document) is required. All placements requested under this policy are subject to final review and approval by the WBL Board to ensure proper divisional alignment.
